CINCINNATI, Ohio – August 4, 2026 – Juxtum Inc., a provider of machine monitoring software for manufacturers, today announced its acquisition by Revision Collective, effective July 31, 2026. Following the transaction, the business will operate as Juxtum Technologies Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Revision Collective.
The acquisition marks a new chapter for Juxtum, providing the company with the strategic investment and long-term support to accelerate product development, strengthen its market presence, and deliver even greater value to manufacturers worldwide.
